RS Line reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any given time; so we advise all our customers to check our terms and conditions everytime they use the website. We might not be able to notify all customers. So, you have to check the updated terms and conditions yourself.

License:

   The website and all contents in it are licensed under RS Line. You cannot republish the website or any of its product, without written permission from RS Line management. Alongside, you cannot claim to be a distributer or reseller of any of our products. RS Line reserve all rights on all listed products and no one is allowed to sell it anywhere without the company’s permission. 

Customer’s Account:

        You are responsible to keep your account details safe. Also, you accept all responsibility of the activity that will happen under your account. The company reserve the rights to refuse or cancel any order, and even terminate accounts without giving details. Always make sure, you keep your login details safe and never share it with anyone. Never spam and place fake orders as this will lead you to a permanent ban on our website.

Data Privacy:

         RS Line believes in customers’ data privacy. We don’t sell any of our customers’ data further but we do share it with our associates. You are agreeing to allow us to share your data with our associate and partners. The data shall be used for marketing and lead campaigns. Data breach will be stopped at all times, but we do reserve the rights to share your data and details with company working with us.

Indemnification:

      You here indemnify completely RS Line from and against all liabilities, costs, damages and all sorts of action resulting in any way related to your breach on any of the stated terms.

Severability:

    If any of the term/terms will not come under the applicable law, which UAE law, it will be taken out completely without affecting the other terms.  

Order Cancellation:

        You have the right to cancel the order, if it’s still not dispatched or delivered. If you have changed your mind, simply contact us on orders@rsline.co with your order number and reason to cancel the order. If the order is displayed, or delivered; it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange/Return/Fees:

      We don’t take or refund the items. If you want us to alter, you can send it to our location and you will bear the delivery cost. If the item is damaged and not what you have ordered, we will take it from your location for FREE and will deliver it for FREE again.

Order details and Items displayed:

       All items and products displayed on the website are subject to availability. You can subject to cancellation if that happens. The measurements displayed are approximate. Please under correct contact, address and payment details to avoid delays and non-delivery of items. At any time, don’t spam. You will always receive an order confirmation email with order details. Make sure to check it and keep it available at all times.
