refunds. We would rather alter the product if the customer will request or
replace the damaged items.

Shipping Charges are standard and are
applied by our third party shipping partner.
3)
Returning an item if damaged can be done
by contacting on our support number. Our agent will guide you about the process
and the item will be returned without any charge.
4)
The returning items should have the tags
intact.
5)
Shipping time can vary from 24-48 working
hours excluding weekends and national holidays.
6)
If you have received an open or damaged
package, immediately call support and we will replace it.
7) Return of any item will be scheduled by our team. You will be informed over the call to make the product ready and we will pick it up. The new item will be delivered after 2-3 working days.
Refunds will be done only through original mode of payment and will be processed within 10-45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
